How to identify edible wild fruits in our environment? What can we do with rosehips? How is jelly prepared and how is it different from jam? What could we use the elderberries for?

In our guesthouse, September is the month to collect and process wild fruits and we thought we could prepare a weekend workshop to share those tasks and knowledge and to exchange tricks and learn new things. Raspberries, blackberries, hazelnuts, quinces, rosehips, elderberries… here we take advantage of everything!

What is the plan: To arrive on Friday afternoon, have dinner and, over the weekend, collect, prepare and taste some of the things we produce.

What is included: Friday and Saturday nights at Los Riegos (double room); breakfast on Saturday and Sunday; dinner on Friday and Saturday; preserve workshop; lunch picnic on Saturday. Sunday lunch or transfers are not included.
